Very nice Traders Hotel - by Shangri La, located next to klcc park and klcc suria. Petronas twin tower at a 5 min walk away only. Buggy ride ( golf cart type) available for klcc suria and twin tower from Traders Hotel - by Shangri La side complimentary. Bukit bintang ( shoppers delight) also accessible by walking on aerobridge (15-20 min walk.

Overall very good property with beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was always helpful. The swimming pool is fantastic and large with space for everyone: they can add few decent Indian items in breakfast though. The buggy service around is very helpful and garden is very well maintained.

The stay was really fabulous. The Traders Hotel - by Shangri La is located in a very convenient location where you can easily access major attractions of the city with a wonderful view of petronas twin tower. Rooms are maintained really well, and the staff are very much customer friendly.

The overall experience was good. We were welcomed with a rose flower bouquet and staff were soo professional and friendly especially the indian security staff were soo helpful. The swimming pool was good. The view of twin towers was amazing from the room we booked.

Very good Traders Hotel - by Shangri La. Superb twin tower view. Walkable distance to twin towers. They also provide shuttle service to twin towers. Near to klcc aquarium. But no indian foods in Traders Hotel - by Shangri La. If you are indian go out and eat.

The location was amazing. Right infront of the petrona towers, right in the heart of kuala lumpur. The breakfast which was included was absolutely amazing, great variety of options and excellent taste. The staff was very polite and helpful. Loved the stay!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to Traders Hotel - by Shangri La super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Hotel is located in heart of city centre near twin tower… view of twin towers from Traders Hotel - by Shangri La is amazing…. Traders Hotel - by Shangri La does not have vegetarian food that is a drawback… Stay was good and comfortable…

Food was good, and stay was awesome

It was the most pleasant stay i have ever had. They upgraded my room to twin tower view by their own. Excellent hospitality, nice room, nice view, good staff, all required facilities. Nothing to complain about.

Property location is very close by Twin towers and easily accessible to every place. Food and Facilities are awesome. Particularly the view to Twin towers are awesome and we liked very much.

Nice Traders Hotel - by Shangri La with amazing view. The deluxe room are ok not worth the money charged. But very easy connectivity to all the major places.

Traders Traders Hotel - by Shangri La is the best in terms of location, comfort, quality, service & staff. I'll definitely recommend this as the choice of stay when you're in kl. Adjacent mall & park make it worth the effort.

Awesome view, awesome location, awesome Traders Hotel - by Shangri La! not much to say about it! just food is average, not great but 600m walking is suria mall which has hundreds of options for food. So all in all, always recommend
