The 24-hour 7-Eleven in the basement adds convenience, while the breakfast layout is enjoyed, albeit with limited options. Good hotel in Tokyo
Very professional hotel for personal or business stay. It’s walking distance from Nishishinjuku station and one stop away from Shingutsu station. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast option is available but there’s no lunch or dinner option. It’s slightly expensive but worth it.
Room: Standard Twin Room with two Simmons beds 110cm wide, Non Smoking

good hotel and good location.

Good Stay
the hotel is in a great area or tokyo. it’s primarily modeled to be a business visit hotel and not a vacation resort. so do not expect a room service or own restaurant / kitchen. there is a cafe and a restaurant on the site for which you get coupons for your breakfast. that restaurant o must say is a good one but menu choices are limited for indian travelers, especially if you are primarily vegetarians or a non vegetarian with a liking for spicy nonveg. the food is catered for european/ american palate. as for the hotel rooms, they are small but efficient. they don’t have irons so don’t come with wrinkled stuff hoping to iron in hotel. there’s a big piece of “trousers press” which is painstakingly slow , it took 25 mins press trousers , 1 leg. another took another 15 mins. also it’s made for formal trousers so your six pockets or thick jeans won’t get any “ironing”. shirts you are on your own. but the linens and arrangements are good. bathroom is efficient. no shaving supplies or body lotion by default so you have to bring it with you and not expect it in the hotel like usually you expect to. but the toilet and standing shower and bathtub are fantastic. i loved the water pressure and frankly it was not hot enough at times but it was ok. the staff is extremely courteous and helpful where they can be. both check in and checkout was smoother than a baby’s bottom. if you are a family try to take bigger rooms, standard rooms won’t be enough for luggage of two people traveling internationally. we traveled with our son and based in rooms size and layout, i was glad to have booked two rooms. all said and done, the hotel is a good one. location is mind blowingly fantastic (walkable from nishi-shinjuku station). 👍 from me on all counts. prices were a bit steep for my liking but i guess that’s the premium you pay for shinjuku neighborhood
Room: Standard Double Room with one Simmons bed 154cm wide, Non Smoking

Excellent Stay
We stayed four nights at this hotel and found it very convenient. The room was reasonably sized, comparing the standard hotels in japan. The room was very well furnished with whatever we needed. Breakfast was good, through it was the same stuff every day. They provide unlimited tea, coffee and toiletries which is kept near the reception. The shinjuku station is about 15 min walk and the pickup point for the package tours is 10 min walk. The hotel reception staff are very nice and helpful. They arrange cabs on request and the cab driver comes to the reception itself. It is very helpful on rainy days. There is a 7/11 store at the basement which came very handy for us. Overall our stay was very comfortable. I would like to stay at this hotel if i visit tokyo again.
