The rooms were way too small. Not even enough space to open our suitcases. No shelf or cupboard or almirah of any sorts. Way too congested for my liking. The stay was budget friendly and close to major station.

The location of the Hotel is very good. Shinjuku station is just 5 mins walk. Most of the staff communicates only in japanese, that makes it very difficult to coordinate. No room service is available. Since we are vegetarian, had a difficult time to get food. Even the restaurant staff only speaks in Japanese.

The hotel Shinjuku Washington is at a very prime position in Tokyo. It has a direct passage with the Shinjuku station. The hotel itself is good. They have many choices for breakfast. Their rooms have good facilities.

Excellent location of the hotel. Very conveniently located from Shinjuku station. Rooms are neat and clean, however base category rooms are very small. WiFi Internet facility is free in the hotel and the speed is fast enough. It is definitely value for money.
