The rooms were small and the staff were not very helpful. They literally charge you for everything. We checked in at 14:45 against, 15:00 and were still charged 1000 yen. So they had an available room but chose to charge or left a number of their customers stranded in the library

Good hotel at very good location, train station is just 1 min walk. Rooms are small to very small, the double bed room bed is also small to accommodate 2 adults. Aircon id controlled by hotel so if you feel hot you can open the window. No fan in room. Lack of aircon temperature control is a big downside.

The property is very well located. Bang opp nishi-shinjuku subway station. A family mart and couple of restaurants very close by. The APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower is a 3 star property, very clean. The rooms are small as per normal japanese rooms. 2 suitcases are good enough to fit. Very centrally located.

The APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower is in a great location, close to the metro and quiet, with convenience stores nearby. While staff may not speak much english, google translate works well. Ideal for indian travelers, as indian restaurants are close by.

Decent APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower with decent amenities. Would recommend for budget traveller's. Its right next to oedo line and a lot of tours have starting points in nishi shinjuku.
