Blooms hotel's best feature is it's location. Bus stops are near and the temple area is lovely and lively. The rooms are neat and there's a good bar in the hotel itself but be aware that they ask for deposit, even if all hotel charges are paid. You'll get it back on checkout but it's an additional burden.
