Place is nice and location is good. However, I have one complaint. I had booked a 4–6 bed dormitory but was placed in an 8-bed dorm instead. When I asked about it, the staff simply told me to come tomorrow as there was no vacancy at the moment. This was disappointing, as I expected to get the room type I had reserved.

Had a very warm and comfortable stay. The ambience was very lively and people were very affectionate and supportive including security guards. The food was also very good and reasonable. The best part was that it is located in the city centre from where you can access everything related to shopping, eating or even sightseeing tour planning.
