The hotel is in kind of a small villa and resort village kind of thing. They provide free pick up and drop to the main road via buggy. The room itself was extraordinary. The swimming pool was cherry on the top

Good Villa but Not easily accessible

We stayed for 5 nights. Villa is good, spacious and airy. It’s not reachable by cab so one need to walk a few 100 meters uphill. In the night it can get scary. But the walk is nice. One can call there Golf Cart if needed by calling using WA. There is no Indian Veg food available in the hotel, Nearest Indian is very far. MMT gives wrong information that it has Indian options. People are nice and helpful.

Good ambience, great hospitality and friendly staffs. Location is good and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant called 'lala lilly' opposite to the ubud heaven penestanan with a cute doggy named lilly. Say hi to lily if you see this.

It is very far from the hotel to the hotel, they have road by stairs which is 15-20 min to location and by scooty or by car, it is almost half an hour's journey and the hotel is also very bad, the location is very bad. Please guys dont take it

Gorgeous villas, kind staff, a bit of a trek from city center

Fantastic villas with private pool, kitchen area, gazebo, etc. And a very sweet and attentive staff. My only issue was that it was a steep trek to the hotel (was not ideal for my old parents. Hotel does offer cart service to taxi stand but it was not communicated properly.

Everything was exceptionally perfect, very satisfied, I would definitely come back again and will absolutely stay longer, the food was good, the bed was comfy, and the villa was delightful.
Beautiful property. Room is clean and neat. Nice decoration done for our honeymoon. Calm location.

Fantastic villas with private pool, kitchen area, gazebo, etc. And a very sweet and attentive staff. My only issue was that it was a steep trek to the Ubud Heaven Penestanan (was not ideal for my old parents. Hotel does offer cart service to taxi stand but it was not communicated properly.

Good ambience, great hospitality and friendly staffs. Location is good and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant called 'lala lilly' opposite to the ubud heaven penestanan with a cute doggy named lilly. Say hi to lily if you see this.

The Ubud Heaven Penestanan is in kind of a small villa and resort village kind of thing. They provide free pick up and drop to the main road via buggy. The room itself was extraordinary. The swimming pool was cherry on the top

I stayed here for 1 day, property is very good closed to nature, if you are peace lover then this place is awesome. We faced issue in wifi on tv and veg food with very limited options and not in buffet format.

Everything is good. Breakfast and cleanliness. The villa has beautiful personal pool and hospitality. The Ubud market is walk-able. The area is full of greenery. Staff is very cooperative.
