Awesome stay there everything was well and good..staffs are friendly and supportive...they are helpful and supportive...food is average in restaurant

It was one of the terrible stay of my life..the property is completely different from images..only reception area is nice otherwise rooms are so conjusted..2 person can’t even stand in a washroom..terrible terrible terribe..we have checked in and in next 1 hour..we checked out from that property. .waste of money as we booked the property for 3 days..but we only stayed there for 1 hour

The hotel had a very convenient location near the main attractions, rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was polite and helpful. Food options were tasty and fresh. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay!”

Ramada is the biggest brand name but honestly, I am not happy with their housekeeping service is the worst. They do not change towels and bedsheets. Every day I had to follow up on the same but all in vain. There are lots of mosquitoes and lizards in the room. No vegetarian food options. The food tasted absurd and only 2 small bottles of water every day which is approx 700ml and further you need to purchase. Not value for Money

Room was quite good with descent amenties, only need to focus on food quality for vegeterians. Ramada is a global brand and must got some chef from india location to guide the local chefs to make a good vegeterian food

There were complete water logging in front of the gate entrance i was not able to go outside on my foot, hotel management were using rafting boat to transfer the guest outside the hotel. It was such an horrible experience of mine that i have experienced and i will suggest everyone not to come to stay in this hotel in rainy season anyway the staff were cooperative and the food was good but that water logging ruined my whole day in bali.

The rooms are not neat and clean,dirt every where on the ceiling,spider webs all around the edges,premises not maintained neatly,no house keeping response,bedsheets are not good,balcony with full of dust.not cleaned.

Buffet Breakfast was excellent and at par with international standards and saved the name 'Ramada'. If you ask for a bottle of water at 0.800Am in the morning of the registered day of check out, you may be refused, as you are checking out that day! Pathetic but as the 'Nature of Bali'- 'tourist are here to throw away/spend their money and 'Not even a glass of water for free or as courtesy or Humanity is necessary from their side!! Pathetic but True to it's Core, as a 'Fact mentality inbuilt'. And attitude in some front desk staff is just spilling out, once given a chance! But mostly people are respectful and friendly, in general.

When asked for a bottle of water at 0800Am on 7th of August, 2025. The receptionist refused!! Stating, we were checking out today. Despite requesting three times and stating, our extension might have reached, as we are going to stay till 10th of August, 2025 and had checked in on 4th of August, she told to checkup with her senior, but never sent ONE Drinking Water bottle!!! Matter was reported to the concerned manager. The staff at Front desk on 09th of August, 2025 again showed his arrogance and said the room is locked and he shall not open the door till money for 9th afternoon till 10th is not paid. However he was rude and arrogant, while he was told, the booking has already been extended and their is no problem. But as his system was not updated and he did not care/ bother to be decent or courteous at all. I had got a copy on my mail and shown him to check or relax and stop behaving like that. And we are staying here since 4th of August, 2025 and if their is any problem we would take care and pay. But he told you go and complaint to management or anyone. ASTONISHING SUCH BEHAVIOUR AT FRONT DESK WITH A SENIOR AND REPUTABLE SENIOR CITIZEN!! Unacceptable and Shameful on the name and reputation of RAMADA!!

This hotel . I went to the hotel at 3 pm. I had booked a nice deluxe room. But when I went to the hotel and checked in, the room was very dirty. The room I had booked was very beautiful in the booking photos and had a pool view. I had paid the money online. But they gave us a bad room and behaved . Then we had to book Ramada hotel at the same time. We had to get very because of these Please, everyone, do not go to their hotel

it was quite a peace full stay however doors opening and closing was a issue at that got stuck else everything was very good ..

Good experience , staff also good and speak politely treat in polite way, and there breakfast is also good .
