Good stay, good service

We stayed in a garden facing room. The room was good as well as the pool. They give 2 bottles of water (small) and a water kettle. The food at the stay is good but at a cost. Breakfast is complementary. The staff is sweet and ready to help. They provide additional towels if needed. For your information: 1. The roads are very steep heading to the place so it's better to hire a car than bikes. A car would obviously be expensive. 2. Don't opt for snorkeling from them, specially starting from crystal bay. The staff for snorkeling is not professional. They charge extra for a guide and go pro.

It's a superb stay. Value for the money. Location is perfect for both couples and families. Clean and large rooms. Good service and sweet people. The owner Wayan and his team helped a lot with planning the proper day tour. Hassle free vehicle rentals. Tasty breakfast. The list goes on😊. Overall very nice stay. We would love to visit again and recommend to lot of people.

Stay was good. Location of hotel was very good in the jungle and 5 min walk from crystal bay. For indians they didn't provide mobile charger adapter, i think they had limited qty for adapters. Breakfast menu was limited but sufficient. One food, one drink and little fruits. At this price this is acceptable
