Location is good but many things was wrong, hotel name was changed and i got difficult to get there i paid for river view and i got normal city view its under renovation and your office did not inform people was friendly but hotel in total wasn't good

The hotel is neat and clean and at a prime location. Lot of eateries, pubs, nearby. Hospitality was average. Service was poor, had to keep on asking for water bottles in room. Only 500 ml water was complementary per day for double occupancy which is way too less.

We found hotel located in a quiet upmarket area of downtown. We were able to walk to local shopping areas, malls as well as tourist stops, without a taxi. There are Indian restaurants, like Benaras, Ganges, Ashoka, Ganesh and others. The hotel front desk, guided us for local tourist places, and a travel shoppe located next to the hotel, arranged a private car at best price for a day-long visit to Vung tau beach.

We found Northern Saigon Hotel located in a quiet upmarket area of downtown. We were able to walk to local shopping areas, malls as well as tourist stops, without a taxi.
