Our stay at [Hotel Bay] was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds. Pros: rooms close to district 1 cons: small rooms which are not hygienic - the carpet and bathrooms need better cleaning prior to any guest checkin slow and understaffed reception that ensures a delayed check in and check out. No bellhop to help you with your luggage

No person available to carry the luggage to room. Furthermore, room were without windows and claustrophobic as well. Also, the hotel was very far from tourist attractions, due to which we have to spend much more money on the cab. Please consider this as a genuine review and consider booking hotel. Don’t book this hotel, even if you are getting it from free.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. There was a lot of suffocation. The toilet didn’t have a lock. None of the rooms had windows. Considering the price, the rooms were very small. Guests were not valued at all. Sometimes, the behavior of the staff was rude.

The room was without windows. In the description it is written as no view but does not further clarify that there are no windows at all. Ac was not working well. Hotel staff denied additional beer to be charged on room. Asked for cash. Further the staff denied providing chips stating the room service cannot give more than one packet of chips and i should buy from outside hotel.

Our stay at [Hotel Bay] was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially.The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the باي هوتل هو تشي مينه's location was perfect for exploring the city.
