Excellent place to stay with Family

Room was specious with small kitchen and washing machine. Hotel is little far Old Quarters but Grab is available at anytime and that made the life easy. There is bank next to hotel and it helped me for currency conversion on my first day in Hanoi. I will strongly recommend if you are visiting with family.

We were expecting a descent size bedroom with hall. But the apartment was with 2 big size bedroom and a sprawling hall compared to many other hotels in the area. Master bedroom had a bathtub and a separate wardrobe area, not a walk in though. The japanese restaurant serves delicious food. Swimming pool is of enough size with a small jacuzzi. It also offers steam and sauna. Overall an excellent stay. Property houses a supermarket and highland coffee shop at ground level

All in all a fabulous stay. The rooms upkeep and cleanliness was of the highest standard. The entire apartment so well equipped with amenities such as fridge microwave, toaster, rice-cooker, and washing machine. Exceptional staff. Special mention must be made of mr danny who took very good care of us. Reception staff was prompt in attending to our small/big needs. A big round of applause for their warm hospitality.

Very bad experience. Hotel is good neat and clean but service from there side is pathetic. My incident. As this is service apartment so i planned to eat dinner in my room with my friends. So i requested at room service to provide us extra drinking water glass. More than half an hour after waiting for so long even three time remembering them. Finally they said we don't have extra glass. One room only two glasses is provided by them. I shocked to hear that thing. Think lastly we drink water in tea cups.

This is an excellent hotel, stayed in 1 bhk. Highly recommended. Very spacious and pretty decor and furnishings were great. Very clean as well. All this at a throwaway price of 6k per night! staff are fast and friendly. Has all facilities, gym, lovely garden and mini golf too! location is fairly close to mall and other major points like lake. Lastly, love that right next to it, is highlands coffee which is a popular cafe.

We were expecting a descent size bedroom with hall. But the apartment was with 2 big size bedroom and a sprawling hall compared to many other سومرسيت هاو هن هانويs in the area. Master bedroom had a bathtub and a separate wardrobe area, not a walk in though. The japanese restaurant serves delicious food. Swimming pool is of enough size with a small jacuzzi. It also offers steam and sauna. Overall an excellent stay. Property houses a supermarket and highland coffee shop at ground level

This is an excellent سومرسيت هاو هن هانوي, stayed in 1 bhk. Highly recommended. Very spacious and pretty decor and furnishings were great. Very clean as well. All this at a throwaway price of 6k per night! staff are fast and friendly. Has all facilities, gym, lovely garden and mini golf too! location is fairly close to mall and other major points like lake. Lastly, love that right next to it, is highlands coffee which is a popular cafe.

All in all a fabulous stay. The rooms upkeep and cleanliness was of the highest standard. The entire apartment so well equipped with amenities such as fridge microwave, toaster, rice-cooker, and washing machine. Exceptional staff. Special mention must be made of mr danny who took very good care of us. Reception staff was prompt in attending to our small/big needs. A big round of applause for their warm hospitality.

Very good سومرسيت هاو هن هانوي. Value for money. Recommend to all types. Stayed almost 4 months in this سومرسيت هاو هن هانوي. OK. If you want to stay for long time then this is your سومرسيت هاو هن هانوي as they have kitchen with all the useful utensils.

Room was specious with small kitchen and washing machine. Hotel is little far Old Quarters but Grab is available at anytime and that made the life easy. There is bank next to سومرسيت هاو هن هانوي and it helped me for currency conversion on my first day in Hanoi. I will strongly recommend if you are visiting with family.
