I checked in as 3-adults but they're where only 2-pillows, 2-cups and 2-water bottles. We didn't need more cups and water bottles so called the reception and they sent one more pillow. Now at checkout; receptionist was informed that they're only 2-cups in the room where in 3-guests were staying, so 1-cup is missing. i had hard time convincing them that they're where only 2-cups. plz check all the items that are given as per number of guests at check-in as it would be verified at check-out and if found missing, you will be charged.

good stay very close to da nang beach

Santa luxury is a good option to stay close to Da Nang beach. Considering the room price, Breakfast selection is great for those who eat non-veg. They also auto upgraded 2 out of 3 of our rooms for us to have all rooms on the same floor. Location is great and we got beach facing rooms to wake up with sunrise over the sea. Lots of eateries close by. Dragon bridge and so tea night markets are within walking distance. Han market (a must visit for great bargains) is also a short ride away.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Santa Luxury Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the assistance and hospitality from every staff member were exceptional. I would especially like to mention Ms. Katie, who went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. Her dedication and kindness truly made my stay memorable, particularly when it came to arranging food for my baby. I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding support! The سانتا لاكشري هوتل excels in every aspect—immaculate cleanliness, delicious food, and an incredibly friendly and helpful kitchen staff. Every interaction with the team was warm and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. I also had a fantastic experience at Centology Hotel during my trip, but Santa Luxury Hotel has truly won my heart. From now on, whenever I visit Danang, Vietnam, this will be my go-to place to stay. I will wholeheartedly recommend Santa Luxury Hotel to all my family and friends who plan to visit in the future. Once again, a huge thank you to Ms. Katie and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Santa Luxury Hotel offers spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, making it a relaxing stay. The location is amazing—centrally placed with easy access to local attractions. A big plus for Indian travelers is the incredible Gujarati restaurant just a short walk away, serving authentic vegetarian food. However, the سانتا لاكشري هوتل’s own breakfast spread is limited when it comes to vegetarian options, which might be a downside for some. Overall, it’s a great choice for those looking for comfort and convenience, especially if you plan to explore the area and dine nearby. A solid pick with room for a few improvements.

Santa luxury is a good option to stay close to Da Nang beach. Considering the room price, Breakfast selection is great for those who eat non-veg. They also auto upgraded 2 out of 3 of our rooms for us to have all rooms on the same floor. Location is great and we got beach facing rooms to wake up with sunrise over the sea. Lots of eateries close by. Dragon bridge and so tea night markets are within walking distance. Han market (a must visit for great bargains) is also a short ride away.

“I had a fantastic stay at [Santa Luxury]! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, especially the pool and spa, were top-notch. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easy to get around. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Very nice property . offers a luxury stay . location near the beach . easily accessible to Indian restaurants and taxis and shopping areas . my khe beach is on foot steps . all Indian restaurants are nearby . staff is very nice .cooperative and helpful . loved the stay . they also helped us book the tour to bana hills . all facilities were great . 5 stars

Booked family room with seaview and stay was pleasant. Good variety in breakfast for both international and local food. Staff was polite and the location is pretty good. Everything is nearby and specially the beach is just 2 mins walk

Awesome experience. Near My Khe Beach. I was able to see the beach from my room. The سانتا لاكشري هوتل also provides a complementary breakfast buffet. A good service and supportive staff.

Comfortable stay and nice location and staff was quite helpful and you can easily get two wheeler scooter at just 500 indian rupees and the beach is just 1 min away

Good service, good proximity to the beach. Food lacked vegetarian options but there are multiple indian restaurants nearby to make up for it. Also the sea view from the room was incredible.
