Terrible and most uncomfortable stay

We booked a Superior Double Room with a city view. On checking in, we got to know that this is a twin room. On complaint, we got informed by the Team that they don't have a double bed in the Superior Room with a city view. They can combine the bed and that's all. So, please think before you book the stay with them as the things . and in actual are very different. Coming to breakfast, Vegetarian people can survive with Bread, butter, fruits and juice. You can't expect any other options even on special requests. On top of that, the hotel manager was so terrible that rather than accepting the mistakes, conveying that you can book another hotel. Terrible service. I won't recommend this hotel even at a lower price. They should match the room listings on the webpage with the actual available options. Before I forget, please keep in mind the mattress quality, you can't get the worst mattress than here. I would say most uncomfortable and cheeky sound whenever you sit or even change the position. I tried three rooms but they were almost all the same. In conclusion, it is better to explore other options.
