The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, making our stay an exceptional and memorable experience. Our room was immaculate—clean, well-kept, and wonderfully comfortable. The location was perfect, close to time square, with many attractions and shops just a short walk away. The spacious, cozy two queen beds provided ideal comfort for our family of two adults and two children. The staff deserve special appreciation for their professionalism, warmth, and prompt assistance. Every request was met with efficiency and a genuine smile. Housekeeping was very impressive—thorough, swift, and meticulous in maintaining a high standard. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful, comfortable, and truly memorable stay.

Hyatt Centric Times Square offers spacious, comfortable rooms in a prime location. The hotel itself is compact with a very small lobby area, and while the restaurants (including T45 and Bar 54) are good, the options are limited. It doesn’t quite feel like a four-star property—more like a deluxe three-star—but it’s still a convenient and pleasant stay overall.

The Hyatt Centric Times Square enjoys a fantastic location just steps from Broadway and Times Square, but the hotel itself is more of a deluxe 3-star than a full-fledged 4-star experience. • Rooms: Spacious by NYC standards, modern, clean, and quite comfortable. Good views from higher floors. • Hotel Size & Lobby: It’s a relatively small hotel with a very compact lobby—not ideal if you’re expecting a grand arrival or lounge areas. • Dining: • T45 Kitchen + Bar – American comfort food in a casual setting, decent breakfast and drinks. • Bar 54 (Rooftop Bar) – A highlight for many guests, offering excellent city views and cocktails. • However, dining options are limited within the hotel.

Excellent stay . Great location . Friend front office and house keeping staff who go out of their way to help very rare to see in that part of the world . Just if they had more breakfast option would have been Great but over all no complaint and highly recommend

The stay was very comfortable as the room sizes are pretty big. We took the city view room, and we stayed comfortably despite being a couple with a 6 year old kid. All the basic amenities like water and tea, coffee maker are available, there is a cafe downstairs where u can buy good breakfast, coffee etc. it’s right in the middle of Times Square and u r pretty much at the heart of it all. Overall would recommend it very much.

I stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip to NYC & this one ranked the best because of the Staff at the hotel. They are well trained knows their job - could sell me an upgrade & still I will rate them the best ! Hotel is few steps from Times Square. Rooms are spacious .
