Just average very average

Stayed there for 3 nights as a business traveller. . Checkin was quick but the service in terms of food was terrible. Kitchen closes at 9 and you will only be served frozen cooked pizza later. Views are good, but the value for stay was poor. Overall except for convenience would not rate this hotel any higher than it is now.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant (where they serve breakfast) were very forthcoming and helpful. They were very courteous and went extra mile in terms of hospitality.

Horrible washrooms not at all cleaned. Rude staff and total waste of money

Sink of of washroom was so dirty even after we asked for cleaning of the room, had to finally change the room forcefully after fighting with staff, really poor service as per london standards, not at all worth staying.
