The hotel is perfectly located at the intersection of hyde park and oxford street. It’s a comfortable location in london to go around the city. King bed rooms are comfortable in size and offer all basic amenities. Food and bar at the hotel have good food and drinks.

Overall if was a great experience. Very nice ambience and staff is very helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Will suggest to change the breakfast menu since it was same on all days of my stay.

It was nightmare for us

We got our flight cancelled which was scheduled at 9:00 pm so got hotel booked at 11:00 pm itself, reached hotel by 12:00 and got check in done. After entering in the room it was hot we felt, but we started ac on our own and thinking it will get better. It was getting worse and worse for us. By 4:30 we woke up and gave call at reception and informed that ac is not working in the room at all and we are with one year old baby as well, they told ok I'll send someone to check, we waited for one hour no one came and then I personally walked downstairs at reception and complain about same. Then technician came along with me and he told after inspection that ac is faulted and it will not work. I informed reception about same and they told they can't give us room before 11:00 and 12:00 is check out. Then after a lot of request they gave us new room by 10 and allotted us room by 3 pm as late check-out. It was terrible experience as we had flight next evening as well we could not take rest at all and since we with baby it was terrible stay.
