Overall a decent place at the heart of the city. The train station is about 10-15 mins of walk. But then we made use of uber most of the time. If you are travelling with big suitcases. Better to ask assistance for a cab booking from كراون بلازا ي ان ن، - كينجز كروسس باي آيتش جي. It's way cheaper than uber. The guy who came to drop us from Crowne plaza to heathrow charged about high where uber was showing the fare between low for a 6 seater vehicle.

Stay can bring surprises-you may need uber eats as kitchen closes early

Location reasonably good service very average was given keys to the room carried our bags up opened the door with keys provided guess what guest inside i apologised and came back down carrying all the baggage given another room no one offered to help to carry bag up on 14 8 pm asked for room service was told football final go down and bring up your drinks from the bar

Location good location. Its in central London. Food more vegan options for breakfast is welcome. Also understanding what is vegan food is important. Vegan only plant based food. Cruelty free food. No milk and its products. No eggs and no meat.
