The beach views are beautiful and the mini water slide was a fun addition to our experience. Rooms were well maintained. There was a stall with grills right opposite oasis restaurant which wasn't announced before. It was put up late and we had our dinner in oasis for a higher price without knowing this at an earlier time. If there's a clear instruction/announcement it'll be better. Staff weren't quick to respond to our requests.

I was told by the resort the second night as a refund. We only stayed the first night. It's was the worst service i have ever received, no towels for the pool, 30mins waiting for a drink, wrong menus were given to us and there was no staff. Im still waiting for my full refund. It was not as advertised at all.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and better cleaning. There was a foul smell that dint leave the room. Breakfast options can be diversified and give more options. Otherwise most of the staff were really kind and helpful. Also it's prudent to update that the beach is under maintenance as it was the biggest reason i had visited.
