Nice hotel everything is nearer to the hotel restaurants, supermarkets, staff is good. Rooms are nice

The property location and rooms are great but the staff are bit weird with their services and usually not so hospitable

Staying at FIVE Jumeirah Village was an extraordinary experience! The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and refreshing drinks. The 360-degree skyline views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The room itself was ultra-modern, spacious, and came with a private jacuzzi on the balcony, which made our stay feel incredibly luxurious. What stood out the most was the vibrant atmosphere—FIVE is a lifestyle destination as much as it is a hotel. The pool parties, DJ performances, and stylish rooftop bars offered an unbeatable entertainment experience. Despite the lively vibe, the room remained peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The food options—from Goose Island Tap House to Soul Street—were diverse and delicious, with world-class service at every meal. The spa services were also top-notch, offering a rejuvenating break from the city hustle. FIVE JVC truly delivers a five-star resort experience within the heart of a growing residential district. Highlight: Rooftop jacuzzi, party vibes, and gourmet dining.

Clean and nice place with private pool recommended for friends and family location is good staff friendly

Hotel is very good we are staying at this hotel and the club mansion wouldn't let us in unfortunately

Past 3 -4 days i am trying to reach mm t team and not getting any resolution. I booked the the hotel in dubai on 29th aug 2024 for 3rd to 7th dec 2024. I contacted hotel for early chicken but i came to know that my booking was cancel-led on 10 september 2024 then i call mmt immediately and they said your booking is confirmed now today is third and i am in hotel they are saying your booking is cancel-led twice by the third party agent i don't know what is the control of mmt on their vendors and third party. Nobody is taking seriously what should i do i am in hotel and the they are saying booking is not there it's a really pathetic service which i am getting from the amend mmt i am going to make it publish on social media

Best villa with private pool experience with awesome view from the top

No response from the reception and very slow service, unfortunately i contacted them to receive our things and deliver them to the car and after waiting an hour we were informed that they had not been contacted by us. Also what i did not like about the service employee was his insistence and annoyance with us to enter the room and take pictures of the bar to see if there was anything missing. You can check after we leave or before we leave the room.

All was good, except the limitations of sunbed on the swimming pool area and the private pool to cold actually we didn’t use it

Dinner was very bad. But the ambience was superb. Breakfast also not upto the mark. Some problem was in the room but they upgraded to the next room and shifted. Upgraded room view, pool were amazing. Thanks for the manager for timely help.

Location is not convenient. All the main areas are at least 15 minute drive. Also no shops and restaurants in walking distance of the property.

Great hotel for staycation. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was nice too but i would suggest for everyone to book the one that has private pool.

Nice hotel, it was a nice experience. Though i stayed for 1 night but it was a good stay. Only thing was my partner was celebrating her birthday but they didn’t do anything about it.

Every employee in the hotel are friendly supportive and smiling. The reception, bill boy, security, pool life guard and mostly the kid area lady
