our experience upon arrival was far from welcoming, as the front office staff lacked warmth and hospitality. to our surprise, we were informed that even water glasses were chargeable—something quite unheard of in a hotel setting. should guests be expected to bring their own glasses from home? additionally, we faced significant inconvenience while trying to book a cab, as the wifi was down for over an hour with no resolution. the lack of basic services made our stay quite frustrating. overall, a very disappointing experience

The Manor by JA...very basic hotel and the charges didn't make sense

Had booked two rooms with BF and dinner. The rooms were good. Dinner was not buffet, but had set menu which didn't have enough options. BF, though not extensive, the quality of food was good. The hotel is purely a budget hotel with very basic amenities like pool and gym, both very small.

I must say it was a good stay..the location is very peaceful.The hotel ambiance is so cozy and minimalist design of rooms..The only thing that I observe is there is not much socket for charging in rooms.The food was ok,just a regular breakfast buffet that I've experienced,other foods are a little bit bland. Rooms are clean that was we like.Overall,it was still a good stay for me and my family.We enjoyed staying at this hotel.
