rooms are big and clean, i always come here to spend quality time just curious about one thing that while booking i select the breakfast option but did receive any breakfast. Highly recommend.

Everything was pleasant. Reception was helpful and very friendly, specially Vanessa and Arun, will definitely come back soon.

Im not recommended this hotel because I didn't see previous anywhere like this type of receptionist , they are acted like cid officer, they don't know how to handle regular guests and old customer, they don't know what is hospitality, two year before who was working there receptionist in grand Central they are sooo much good👍, I'm regular customer before, before receptionists when my check in time 2 pm sometime I come early 11am they are given to me a room free early checkin also not taking any extra charge, because I comfortable in grand Central and always book grand Central, because there available in early check in free after 11 am, but recently these worst staff taking early check in money with me 100 dhs, I book a room 108 dhs in mmt but they charge me after11am 100 dhs , wow better i took day use room for 120 , this is Ramadan all room is empty , if busy time I understand, now online rate also below 100 dhs , and check in procedure also taking more than 1 hour, check out we want to stay in lobby more than 2 hour after submit key card, room service food rate is very high and one full portion looks like half portion, hotels rooms looks like ghost house no bright light also, I'm scarring to stay there, I'm working in Dubai more than 12 years I took a room almost hotels in Dubai, but I never see this type of receptionists and their rules, why should I keep 200 deposit , there no mini bar also, check some other hotel no one take security deposit,

front desk people are not friendly , they keep 200 aed as security that is not been told, they won't replace complimentary water , room service are charging for plates, lot on noise during night time , water sounds in room, workers are always on for tips, very bad experience

Simple, clean facility, guest friendly staff, metro is just 3 mins walk, easy to access other part of city and airport

not so pleasant experience. surprise 1: the hotel charged for car parking at their facility. surprise 2: we paid for breakfast in a dance and the timings told to us were 7 am to 11 am. however it turned out to be closing at 10 am. surprise 3: we requested for late check out (3:00 pm) over phone before check-in. it was informed that upto 1:00 pm was granted however for further late check out, the person will check and let us know. we had informed the hotel that our check-in time will be late and not before 8:00 pm. at the time of check-in we were given an absolutely different information. no late check out without additional charges! upon our insistence, the receptionist agreed to give extra 30 minutes i.e. till 12:30 pm. but we asked for longer time and she said she will check and get back. the next day when we asked, there was no update. this was annoying and then upon argument she referred us to the duty manager. he helped in extending to 2:00 pm. quite a chaotic situation! it's a definitely not an acceptable customer service and should ideally demand for compensation against the issues faced.. the hotel also kept cash deposit. it took them over 20 minutes to release the funds at the checkout time. ☹️ highly disappointing!

This is diana mayanja, the property location is good thus ab-it far from my touring places, amenities and the services were on point. No disturbance at all, receptionists are soo welcoming and the place generally is soo neat. I strongly recommend it.

It was a very bad experience. Hotel policies are very poor which doesn’t favor the guests at all. The staff is not helpful

It's a good hotel room is clean but bedsheets and blankets are used water is complimentary but not provided even after call rest is fine

It was a great experience altogether. I stayed for 7 nights and loved the place. The place is nearby to al rigga metro station, in case anyone wants to commute by metro. Breakfast was good although mostly repeated items but indeed a good one. I want to appreciate all the staffs who made the check in hassle free and exclusively want to appreciate mr. Sangram who was serving in the breakfast section. The guy was very polite n humble and serving everyone to their comfort. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is very good. Rooms are spacious and all amenities are available in room like a big hotel.

Perfect place to stay in deira staff are very helpful and friendly the best hotel in deira dubai and close to metro
