Location of the hotel is very good being close to Union Metro Station and the Al Ghurair Mall. Especially if one has work in Deira side of the city but still can use the Metro to travel effectively to other parts of the city. The rooms were clean and housekeeping services excellent. Food i did not avail at the hotel and hence can't comment. However nearby places spoil you for choices with regard to food options.

Too high expectations!

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel as a couple. At our check in time, nothing was mentioned about the mini bar charges. We thought it was a complimentary gesture from the hotel side. At our check out time, we were charged 77 aed for the mini bar, comprising 2 pepsi, 2 7up, 1 redbull, 1 soda and 2 chocolates. All these were for 77aed? my god! were these drinks and chocolates made up of gold? for your kind information, we stayed in a 4 star hotel for 4 nights before coming to yours. And they offered for complimentary drinks and food too. We were very satisfied with their services even for a short stay. On top of that, our bathroom in your hotel was stinking too when we checked in. The swimming pool is opened from 6am till 6pm. We could not even enjoy the swimming pool. Who would be able to enjoy the pool in the scorching sun of dubai? anyways, we did not make an issue out of it. We checked out at 4h20 am on 30 august 2024 and we were charged 77 aed for the mini bar which really ruined our mood. Moreover, our check out time was at 12pm but we left early morning. There was no discount from your side instead they charged us for some drinks and chocolates. This act shows non recommendation! from mr and mars adnan ashraf

My experience for stay at the hotel wall awesome reception was very good they were very polite and they guided us very well and also one more benefit that we can bring food from outside there will be no problem for that. Also market is very near to the hotel so we also didn’t face any problems for the shopping

Even though i checked in late, i had to wait for 15 mins to check in and receive my key. The hotel reception need to expedite the check in process. The tourist agent desk is very close to the reception, the person there were staring at the guest, which is not good.
