The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness. There are cockroaches in the rooms, the smell in the rooms is bad, and the bathroom is not clean. This is my last reservation and dealing with the hotel.

Wifi not working television not working bathroom water heater not working shower area water exit access was blocked so water not going out and it’s come back return overall the trip was bad and i didn’t continue i checkout earlier very bad quality

Rooms are very dirty and not maintained washroom was not good, was stains in bedsheets. Most of the employees are unprofessional as they minding their business when guest was standing and some employees eating food in the main lobby area and talking with the guests better they can take brake for eating, i have lot more to say as myself a hotelier more than 10 years of experience in different brands i hope this review will take as positive and try to improve standards

1. On Check-in the room floor was full of water. 2. Bathroom Door without latch/lock, they made me to use it with fully open door. 3. They didn't not allowed to change the room, and started repairing work while I went sleeping using hammer, drilling etc. 4. At last I decided earlier Check-Out, and I gave reasons why I am doing this then started giving me offers which I denied to go with it. Conclusion: Vary Poor Service and Worst Room Quality.

WE WERE TOTALY DISAPPOINTED i hve booked a room KING STUDIO, at crown palace hotel on 16th november for 1 night for me and my wife. But we reached hotel between 10.00pm and 10.30pm. At our check in time one of employees at reception told me to wait for 5 min., he said that he is customer relation manager. after 5 min we camee back to reception. Then receptionist told YOUR BOOKING NOT CONFIRMED. YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMED ONLY IN MAKE MY TRIP WEBSITE, NOT IN HOTEL SIDE. we are aksing what happened, they told me that make my trip website is very waste to time spending not good booking royal hotel. This type of somany incident happened every time and we are asking to TWO PERSONS AT RECEPTION for any other room available for stay tonight. but they rejected our request for getting room. they tols us no room here for the day. What will i do at 10.pm with laddy. She is vomiting continuesly, she was coming from Abudhabi, we were very tired. We hve no other option. So we need the refund and compensation for the neglegence from hotel or make my trip app. wee will go legaly. No one will get this type of incedents in future.

Worst ever hotel dealt with in uae over the last 40 years

Unpleasant stay, why ? due to crowded situation they changed the required booked room to another place which was smelly only one towel for two adults, a kettle without cups, dead telephone. R receptionist informed evening time promised to fix but until morning no action.
