We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The English-speaking and heartwarming receptionist, Miss Bushra, made our pamakulle day trip well-organized. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The old person refused to serve us food, and my kids returned hungry. The hotel manager needs to address this issue. Despite its great location, the poor attitude of the staff is significantly impacting the rating.for Indians well advantage to stay because of Indian restaurant spices next to the hotel.

Comfortable stay at melrose viewpoint

A comfortable stay at melrose viewpoint. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the tourist attractions and also very close to a few restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very nice and service and hospitality was nice. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have an elevator. So one has to climb the stairs with the luggage.

If you are in pammukale stay only at melrose!

Our stay at Melrose Viewpoint Hotel was excellent. The lady at the reception (unfortunately missed her name) was super kind and helpful. The rooms are very pretty with a nice big beautiful window overlooking the gorgeous 'cotton castle'! We saw numerous balloons from our window flying early in the morning, which was a sight to behold! Breakfast was below average and needs to be improved. You can walk to the Pammukale travertines from the hotel and dont need a taxi. Overall great stay.

A comfortable stay at melrose viewpoint. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location of the Pamukkale Melrose Viewpoint Suites is close to the tourist attractions and also very close to a few restaurants nearby.
