Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

Although I am a regular to this hotel, this time styated goe a brief time of two nights. missing indian restaurant. hope to eat soon .

it was very clean hotel with great staff in the hotel and it’s just renovated new we enjoyed a lot with great view and we like a home 🏠 thanq. view from the hotel room

Excellent location very near to taksim square and galata tower. Comfortable and well equipped rooms.

Every time will stay in hilt-on brand only i tried other brand also but i didn’t liked location is perfect quality excellent

I have booked hotel for 4 days from 10, april 2024 to 14, april 2024. I am gold member of hilt-on when i was checked in the hotel that time i asked from hilt-on colleague that i am gold member and as member i have free breakfast but he denied that he told you book by third party so you will not get this benefits. Its really shocked for me when i hear this thing i told him that i stayed lot of another hilt-on property around world but they are providing this benefits despite that he denied to offer me that benefits. I said ok not an issue apart from that i given deposit of 6000 tl for my stay. After 2 days means tonight i received letter from hotel reception department that there is some payment issue kindly contact on reception. When i saw this letter i check with reception team they told me that you already crossed your payment deposit and you have to deposit more amount for 2 days. I am really shocked when i heard this i told that Lady that i am here 2 days more you can clear my payment on time of checkout but she also denied and she was telling me this is hotel policy. I am very sorry but i feel harassed, and disappointing. I again paid deposit of 4000 tl. Now here i feel harassing from hotel team. I asked her that kindly provide me your gm email id so i can write about this but despite provided she called her duty manager. When he came and i told about this issue he is very casual and said to me apart from this do you have any another issues, like seriously. Mr. Tolga, this service i never expect from this hotel. It was really big mistake from that i booked this hotel. I was never expecting this kind of service from this hotel and your team. I really feel harassing in this hotel what i gone through.

The best of the best rooms i have ever had. Excellent facilities. The view from the bedroom is amazing but the view from the living room is next level heavenly. Recommend fully

Good evrything

The stay was very good, i had travel-led with my family and the hotel is really good for the family travel. Hotel took care of my requests in providing babies strollers, baby food and the staff was very friendly. The location is prime and on a walking distance to famous taksim sqaure and istiklal street. The health club is amazing as we enjoying jacuzzi and turkish bath.

I had my worst experience in any hilton hotel and i wud suggesr everybidy neber to stay this hotel this hotel has no service there air xin was not working and they had no courtwsy also instead said me to open the door and sleep adter paying 250 euro a night

Most comfortable stay as I was attending a conference in Istanbul congress center at a walkable distance. The staff was courteous and helpful and ambience great. An Indian restaurant in the hotel premises was the icing on the cake.

If we ever come to Istanbul, our stay will only be in Hilton.

It's a lovely hotel for honeymoon.

The breakfast spread was excellent, restaurant was very clean with staff taking care of all your needs very politely, location of hotel was central and convenient for visiting all the places, concierge was very helpful in arranging tours and reservations for dance shows etc.
In spite of snowfall outside, the room was very cost and comfortable, the decor and space in the room was very good.

Very nice staff and I enjoyed my stay here. The location is good and loved the Indian restaurant.

For the little time spent in Istanbul the location and the hotel facilities as such were perfect. Nothing to criticize.
