Poor Stay

The hotel staff during the check in process was very rude. He was not welcoming at all. The first room he gave was not cleaned after check out by the previous guest. The second room he gave was a very dirty room and a smoking room when I had particularly asked for a non-smoking room. He was not ready to give me clear instructions to the elevator or information about the floor. After I got visibly annoyed and voiced my dissatisfaction, I was given a clean room. The restaurant was very small and could not accommodate the guests. The service was extremely poor and never got anything that I requested over the phone. I had to call multiple times in order to get a cup for coffee. I am sure that I will never ever stay at this hotel chain again in any part of the world. I do not know how this hotel was so highly recommended or rated on MMT.

I stayed at centro westside for 1 night and it was one of the most comfortable stays over my time in istanbul. The hotel staff was very courteous and made sure that provided me with my request of a room on a higher floor. Also, the breakfast was a good spread of cuisines and variety of food items. Overall, a very good experience at the hotel.

Poor Stay

I had the worse experience ever at this hotel as the room was very dirty, there were no towels, the chairs were broken, the sink was broken and could of fallen at anytime, the mini bar was not working, the check in staff were rude and not helpful, y he floor was black as that is how dirty the room was, and the manager on duty was extremely rude. The location is bad as there is nothing around which forces you to order food that was extremely over priced. I travel all around the world and this is one of the worse hotels i ever stayed in. I am shocked that this hotel holds the name rotana hotel as it does not even come close to brand rotana.

I stayed at centro westside for 1 night and it was one of the most comfortable stays over my time in istanbul. The سنترو ويست سايد باي روتانا staff was very courteous and made sure that provided me with my request of a room on a higher floor. Also, the breakfast was a good spread of cuisines and variety of food items. Overall, a very good experience at the سنترو ويست سايد باي روتانا.
