Unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff and manager

So during one night stay we were feeling hot in the room, so we requested the person at the reception to turn on the air conditioning- they mentioned its a centralized ac and disregarded our request and suggested to open the window and sleep. When we mentioned that we can’t sleep with window open since their was a wind storm that night and so much of noise, he bluntly suggested us to put the ear plugs on and sleep and mentioned that he is busy and can’t assist further. Totally unacceptable.

Experience was nice, they upgraded our room on our arrival(though the size of the room was still quite average. Excellent view from the room though. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful, infact, the only place where people knew english. Breakfast spread was decent enough and food quality and taste was good. Location is a little away from the heartland of antalya but never the less you can easily get public transport for easy movement.

This is the hotel to stay in Antalya

Away from the hustle from the market it's a quite neighborhood. The hotel has a good sea view from the 5th floor upwards. The rooms are nice and cozy. The staff is quite helpful. The services offered like Turkish bath were good. If you have a car you won't have any problem going to the market also and you should consider this hotel for your stay in Antalya.

The hotel is located close to Lara beach but is still more than a km away from the actual beach. This puts the hotel in an average location, but the hotel more than makes up for it with well appointed rooms, helpful staff and lavish breakfast and dinner spreads. The hotel also provides free shuttle services to the beach and you get free access to beachfront loungers at the beach club as a guest here. Would be happy to recommend.
