Didn't feel like a Hotel

Good location and helpful staff. But this is not a regular hotel. It's a mixture of rooms, houses converted into a hotel along with some hotel rooms. The place is not very appropriate for a family due to sound music until late night and cars/ buses stop nearly 200-300mtrs away with no help for luggage. Plus no room service. And the rooms have an old ancient feeling. AC was not working when we came and there was no phone to call them. No windows and far off rooms from the reception. Very difficult to get any service from the hotel. The best thing was the breakfast. Wide spread, nice location, and very good vibe. If you can walk 400-500mtrs asn don't care for room service and not traveling with family, then you can enjoy the location - like late night music, very lovely locality, hub of all the action, old town feel, and close to the marine area. We went for early morning walk to the marine area which was 400-500mtr walk - it was beautiful.

Our experience was horrible firstly mr hasan on the reception is very rude secondly even after charging as mush as a star hotel they don't even give toiletries, no kettle tea coffee etc in the room. Just two plastic glasses of water. We stayed for three nights and every morning there was same boring breakfast.

alp pasa hotel staff is not kind. i’d difficulty checking out cause there was no bell boy available and i’d to carry 4 bags down a flight of stairs and then to the gate as i was with my mother who could not have helped. the hôtel receptionist didn’t really care much about that. their attitude was, “take it or leave it!”. i would not recommend anyone to ever go here. their hotel is too big and split into different buildings around an area where there’s no parking really, narrow roads and they are understaffed! they couldn’t even help me with wifi for the first 24hrs! for every little thing, you have to walk to the reception and there’s always 10+ people waiting there so basically a big 0 on the service! horrible experience! horrible staff! no great rooms either! a total lose lose!

Average boutique hotel in the old-town

The Alp Pasa Hotel is located in the center of Antalya old town (called Kaleici). Unfortunately in a pedestrian zone. No direct taxi access. The hotel consists of several buildings. I've lived in the main house. Reception: Not very good. We had to carry the bags ourselves to the room. The first room: small, poorly soundproofed, dirty. Only half cleaned. Obviously already used. We were shown two more rooms. All three rooms worse than on the official hotel photos. In the end, we were accommodated in an Oldfield room. The tiny marble bathroom old-fashioned, dirty and with a broken jacuzzi. Shampoo / shower gel in bottles (already opened, already used). The bed: Two single beds pushed together. Moderate sleep comfort. A chair. An armchair. A desk. The mini bar (fridge) was dirty. The floor: Sticky tiles. Free water - everywhere in Turkey standard - not here. The room may look good on photos - but staying there did not feel good. The food (breakfast / dinner) as a buffet. Good choice. But drinks not included (not even water). Even tea and cola (in a very tiny glass) absolutely overpriced.
