Perfect stay eith perfectview and best breakfast and all the amenities were very nyc and the staff was great

Hotel is located at a very peaceful area, and that's what we wanted. We arrived early morning around 3:30am and they gave us a family room (category booked by us) with 2 king beds against pur booking with 1 kind and 2 single beds. However, they shifted us to our booked room next day after we asked for it. Room was good, neat and tidy. Lights in the room were a little low and om last night of our stay, ac in our kid's room stopped working. Staff is mostly courteous although please be ready to get charged for even a small request (we requested them to cut dragon fruit for our kids and they asked us 50 thb as fee, few other similar examples. Room services closes by 10pm, nothing is available after that. Some of these things are basic courtesy offer by the hotels and adds to customer experience. Every such small request can not be charged for (even if it's a small amount. Breakfast was absolutely same everyday for 5 days we stayed, with no variation at all. Overall, ok to stay although it would be great if they could improve these small areas.

Excellent hotel, rooms and hospitality. The food was also very good. Pool was nicely located and quite relaxing along with jacuzzi. The rooms were quite spacious and well structured. Loved everything about our stay.

Location is not good i will never booked again!

Location is a bit of disappointment. It is on hill and far away from nightife of Phuket. Thw shuttle provided to Kata beach by hotel is only 5 times a day and last one runs at 6:30 PM. Our room bathtub was also faulty and it took them one day to fix it. If you want to relax and cut off from busy life, then you can think of it or else my suggestion would be to take hotel close to Kata beach or even better, Patong beach. You will save a lot of buck on transport, which is a major issue in Phuket. Food was good, Hotel staff was courteous and swimming pool was well maintained.

Special thanks to the main guard. His service was too good always with a smile. Rooms were nice and clean. They offer free shuttle service to kata beach. You can try breakfast near kata beach t point. Place name is kiri. There food is great.

Got upgraded room and it was an excellent stay

A very beautifully crafted hotel with the most gracious and helpful staff. Hotel premises are very clean and pristine, and so was the pool and our family room. Great food with chef helping out to pull together the vegetarian menu of our choice. The location is a little far from the hustle of patong, but the beauty of it will fill your heart.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, the staff are courteous and ready to help you all the time. The pool and jacuzzi is just amazing. The rooms are large and have bathtubs too. Not even a single point that i can complain about. Loved every bit about the stay. Special thank you to the staff there♥️

It was a good experience to stay there. Only improvement could be increase The vegetarian options in breakfast and provide sufficient drinking water at free of cost.

Hotel is not located near to main road or near to Katta beach. No shops nearby. You need to take 1 km walk to access any shops. If you are going to stay there better select breakfast option and dinner. They give some offer for it. They provide shuttle service to kate beach but it only between 10am - 4Pm. We ask for dental kit, but they say it's over. They have nice pool. Taxis from hotel is expensive but you will get taxis with better price from outside.

Hotel is far from kata beach but hotel provide shuttle services. One side of the room has sea view and other side has mountain view. From swimming pool, you can also see big buddha.

Food service staff where good but house keeping and room interiors were not up-to the mark.

There is no veg menu at all, if you are traveling and staying in this hotel please be prepared if you are a vegetarian, you need to find out a restaurant on your own. Rest everything was good.
