Lunar Patong Hotel was a fantastic choice. The comfortable and clean accommodations made for a truly enjoyable visit. I had a great stay and highly recommend it!

Very rude behavior of receptionist working at the evening. We stayed three days there. They did not clean the room any day inspite our request. We selected mountain view room and alloted accordingly. On enquiry, during check in the receptionist repeatedly denied to provide mountain view room and said that was special request which is subject to availability. Actually alloted room already have mountain view.

I booked Mountain View room, from the name it clearly gives an idea that will get a balcony which has mountain view but what we got is building view and when we have asked them about this they told us that in their system the name is Mountain View and they asked us to check with mmt but at the end we were on vacation and we didn’t wanted to waste time so we stayed on that room only but yes i would have get better deal in that price if i was aware that its not mountain view

We booked the mountain view room. The property and rooms were well maintained. Hotel is at perfect location. Its close to bangla walking street, patong beach, lots of massage centres around and indian restaurants also. We loved the rooms and the hospitality. Variety in breakfast, specially the live counter at the breakfast, french omlet made by chef was yummy.

Worst hotel rude staff, a c not working. At all never book this hotel. We asked them to change room but nobody listen

Situated in the heart of patong. Beach is walking by. Nice ambience. Food is good. Seven eleven is next to the hotel

They focus only on money. I requested for a date change since i didnt get the flight oj the given date but not even for a courtesy to help me in this situation rather blindly rejecting my request and they took the entire reservation amount. I dont really recommend considering the fact that they are rude.

I found the reception lobby is a bit weird as we had to exit the the reception lobby and go through hotel room from the backward pathway. Rest everything was good

Location ideal with market and indian food options nearby only. Patong beach at walking distance with necessary shops such outside.

Check-in time is 2 pm whereas they only allow check-in from 3 pm. the front desk said the above is a issue of mm and was not their look out. At the time of check-out they found a way to deduct our deposit money on a false claim that a towel was missing. The front desk staff are extremely rude and uncooperative. They do not listen to the customers at all.

Basically you have showed us 1024 sq ft as room measurement and when we came here it has hardly 300 sq ft and this is not done at all i tried calling you guys no email i’d is mentioned nor can’t call on helpline it was terrible stay too be very frank and hopeless service

Stayed at lunar patong for 3 nights from 17 april to 20 april, 2024. Stay was comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, 5 mins walk to patong beach, shopping street and restaurant within 500 meters, you can book for trip to phi-phi islands from the reception only and a lot of other options are available just outside the hotel. Lots of indian restaurants nearby. Breakfast spread was decent but didn’t have any vegetarian option. Me being vegetarian, this was an area which disappointed me. Also, if you need water bottles after 10 pm, have to go down to reception and collect it yourself; this was bit surprising for me, as most hotels have round the clock support for basic room service like delivering water bottles to room.
