Very good property for its price range and location is very good... we have seven eleven, massage shops and laundry within walking distance of hotel. Walking distance from patong beach as well as from bangla road.

Lots of outside traffic noises. It's hard to sleep at night. Room has very low lighting. Staff came and clean up our room when we were not present and we didn't put any cleaning sign at room. Dampness on walls. No microwave

Hotel was kind of ok ok. It doesnt have restaurant so breakfast was not buffet. They provide u 2 -3 readymade option. Location is good but basic amenities like swimming pool, gym, restaurant, clean towels etc was not available. We had to contacts for small basic things.

Location is good, day reception personal was very interactive. Good ambiance in lobby. Since it's right on the street it's a bit noisy but good if you close the windows. All basic requirements are nearby located which is good. Over all it's a good budget stay provided you are going to be outside most of the time.

The management is so much poor. I have check-in at 4.30 but my room is not clean not also in condition to stand in a room. The very bad smell comes in the room. The staff make my room at 10 pm and don't provide me optional room for 6 hours. The smell is so much irritating in the whole hotel. The staff was so much misbehaving. They don't provide drinking water not also a towel. They provide tap water. We feel like, we live between spa center girls. I request Indian customers please don't visit this hotel and I request the whole world people to don't go in this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip.
