Good hotel and staff, limited veg options in breakfast, room size average..walkable distance to old town market

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Old Town, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of Old Phuket Town, the hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and charming heritage surroundings. The location is a major highlight — it’s just a short walk from the colorful Sino-Portuguese buildings, bustling markets, street art, and great local cafes and restaurants. Ideal for those wanting to explore the cultural side of Phuket away from the typical beach crowds. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds, smart TVs, and thoughtful amenities. The decor is modern with subtle local touches, and many rooms offer lovely views of the town. The bathrooms were spotless, with excellent water pressure and toiletries provided. The 4th Floor pool is a great spot to relax after a day of exploring — not overly large but clean and peaceful with a nice city view. There’s also a small but well-equipped fitness center. The lobby lounge and café offer good coffee and snacks throughout the day. The staff were outstanding — polite, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to housekeeping to restaurant service, everything was efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international options. The restaurant also serves Thai dishes that are both authentic and flavorful. If you’re too tired to head out, dining in is a great option. Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Old Town is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a well-located, stylish, and comfortable stay in Phuket. Whether you’re here for leisure or a stopover before heading to the islands, this hotel offers great value and a memorable experience.

Awesome hospitality, location is very appropriate, that one can romeo in old phuket town every time.

Hotel was good and the neighbourhood very pretty- but the hotel was a bit disappointing with service. It was clean and neat - but amenities wise not up to standards. The shower hot and cold water acted crazy with water becoming too hot or too cold within seconds- no toothpaste in the bathroom. In the hotel restaurants they don’t give you water - you have to buy expansive water every time you eat. We had a late dinner around 10 - but they started to dim the lights while we were sitting. The last order was at 10:30 and we kept calling them from 10:20 for ordering two more sides- someone finally came at 10:30 and said it’s too late. When we explained they said yes but brought a wrong order. So the service was not too good. Rest - it’s in the really cool pretty quaint neighbourhood.

Good helpful staff, great surrounding of old phuket town within walking distance and great breakfast spread

Almost near to the old town Phuket. Few thai clubs are also near. Property entry is a bit weirdly tight but all together a decent stay. Comfortable rooms, good pool. Not bad for the price.

Average stay, very few vegetarian options for breakfast. The location is good. Not allowed to check in a minute before 3. 00 pm.

Great location close to phuket night market and other attractions. Good food but the themes are same seafood and japanese should have other options.

Excellent location easy to go anywhere. Clean rooms clean pool. Definitely do see the sunset from the pool. Highly recommend

Location is very centered. Easy to go places and explore the town. Food is delicious. All the services are good except that they refused us to provide taxi for airport ! as we never knew to book it a day before. The local app grab helped us to find the taxi otherwise if we would have depended on hotel arrangements we would have missed the flight !

Excellent rooms very clean and spacious. The only thing missing is a bath tub. Pool and restaurant is very good too.

Amazing hotel, so clean and the staff are very friendly. Pool is clean. Location is too good. Lots of things to do around here all within a few kilometre radius of the hotel. I highly recommend marriott.

Good atmosphere and neat rooms. The staff were taking good care of us. They also arranged vegetation meal options for us.

118 bhat to get plates in room. Very bad. After sooo much money for room need to give money to get plates or glasses in room

It's located near the famous clock tower. Beautiful hotel. Great buffet. It's a bit expensive compared to other hotels but it's worth it.

Excellent property with great service

Courtyard by marriott staff welcomed me and my wife very warmly and the ambience of the hotel is very nice. Good food and wonderful rooms.
