Property is good ,location is good hardly 2-3 minutes to PaTong Beach,Staff is very polite and helpful only room size in premier grade is little small. For vegetarian option in breakfast are limited but location is fine in 500 metres you can find pure veg restaurant

Location is ok. Hospitality is less than average. Rooms are too small to accommodate two travellers with luggage.

Our stay at Burasari Phuket was amazing! 🌴 The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Patong Beach yet calm and peaceful. Staff were warm and helpful, rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Loved the pool bar and relaxing vibe. Truly a hidden gem in Phuket

Room is average and swimming pool is not as expected. Balcony for delux rooms are so small as one can barely stand

Burasari was very good, spacious rooms and just perfect bathrooms and balconies. Super effortless staff made it all easy for us. The location is very very close to patong beach, exactly 2 minutes walk!! Food was good for non vegetarians but for vegetarians there were very few options. Overall value for money. Keep it up team Burasari! See you soon🥰 again.

Its good but not value for money. Breakfast option was not great at all. Rooms were good but the bathroom was stinking.

Our stay at Burasari was decent, but it had its ups and downs. The room with pool access was a highlight, and the location was superb, just a stone's throw from Patong Beach. However, the room service was painfully slow. The rooms themselves were okay, but nothing special. The real letdown was the breakfast - it lacked variety, and there were no Indian options. The selection of dishes was limited, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average stay, but with some improvements, Burasari could be a top-notch resort.

The stay was nice because of the great staff and it’s service, special mention to fern and jay they were extremely kind. About the hotel the rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. Also it is a very good hotel for families. Boys trip or girls trip wouldn’t be advised here. Very beautiful stay over all. Families with kids would love it even more Great staff at the property, very close to the beach, the hotel has the best spa. An overall happy stay at burasari Phuket

The location was nice, close to the beach. Service and amenities like rooms, beds, bathrooms and most importantly staff behavior was excellent and welcoming!

Property location is very good. The environment and vibe is very relaxed. The hospitality is very good.

Burasari Phuket hotel pretends to be 4-star but delivers zero-star service. We were both sick and exhausted after a ferry ride, and when we ordered food from outside (since their restaurant closes at 10 PM), staff refused to bring it to our room - despite knowing we were unwell. My partner had to go down multiple floors to a far-away reception while staff stood doing nothing. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, we were given rooms far from the center, while white tourists were placed in more convenient blocks. Also, their lobby was unbearably hot and had ceiling fans which they refused to turn on, saying they were decorative which sounded absurd. No hospitality, no empathy, no logic. If this is 4-star service,

Not good at all. Firstly room houskeeping not good. Bed linen smells very bad.AC not working in the room. door locking have problem.Staff at reception is very arrogant behaviour. They even not place in room dental kit, comb etc. No mirror in room. Bathrooms no ventilation smells terrible. Don’t no how caterised four star hotel.

Location: 4/5. Food: 1/5. Service: 1/5. Amenities: 1/5. My stay was very average. Vegetarian options for breakfast are very bad. The food served was also stale. Services are so slow. So much so that they took too much time to get a towel or even put fresh towels after cleaning the room. Location is a plus coz it’s near patong beach.

The hotel is very good.... Location is very useful....just a walking distance to patong beach and Bengla Market.... The food was amazing, but those who are Indian food lovers... Nothing is there as such..... If your taste buds love Indian food only then this property is not meant for you.... The pool is amazing.... Great service...... Overall I will give 4 out of 5

Awesome service and beautiful resort located at a perfect location, close to the beach. The food at the Kantok restaurant was very good with a good spread for breakfast.
