Excellent stay with absolutely great hospitality. Staff was very accommodating and the location no one can beat at this price.

the view was of a shady area. there was a food market close by and the room was stinking of fish. we could not use the balcony at all.

Place is good, near to the beach, hospitality is up to the mark.. like overwhelming experience... very neat and clean property... just food needs to be improved and should place some vegetarian options. 4

Great Location right at the Karon Beach Service is very poor , room service only between 9 AM to 6 PM Rooms are small , Very close to HT line and Continuous disturbances as u step into balcony for sea View .

The place was decent but no veg food available in breakfast. Staff is good and helpful. And bus stand is just infront of hotel so that is very convenient if someone wants to use public transport.

Baumancasa hotel location is great and near to beach however the room service like AC and other things are pathetic. AC went is leaking all the time.. we have to bear this for one night and after complaining many times they changed the room next day evening. The same situation other guests were also facing. Food is ok very less option for vegetarian like bread fruits. Hot milk was not available in all 4 days breakfast and worse thing is that when you ask they just ignore. I didn't have coffee or tea because milk was too cold. - 1st they denied that my daughter is not included in booking and we have to pay the charge for her but after showing the booking details and insisting to check with manager they said yes she is included in booking. - We have pay 1000 TBaht as security money in cash which they refunded however it was a surprise as listing does not have any details of advance money deposit. -There are many Russian and UK guests so they some times bias with Indian and dont pay any attention on their requirements.

We stayed there for 4 days. The location of the hotel resort is very excellent just 2 to 3 minutes walking distance for the beach just after crossing the main road. Nearby market, food courts, Indian restaurants, money exchange & ATMs. Walking distance for Kata beach & Patong beach. Direct buses/tuk tuk/smart buses/taxies from mail road in every 30 minutes for the City i.e. old Phuket & Sunday Night Market. Hotel staff is very helpful. Varieties in breakfast. Reasonable room rates, neat & clean. Must stay & enjoy Phuket.

Hotel is located at karon beach, one of the silent beach patong beach is very crowdy, so comparatively this is very calm hotel is located just a road cross.

Firstly after a long travel we were given rooms which were very bad as per the pictures shown on website. Secondly air conditioning was not working and the lady at front office was not giving me another room rather wasting time in fixing the AC and after several arguments when she gave another room, she was very rude about it. Since we were given room with separate beds even though I mentioned me and my wife was travelling and also rooms were not given near our friends with whom we were travelling. Secondly even for a single page printout, they were charging different amounts of money. The front office lady who sits in the afternoon shift was very rude and was proudly denying us services like basic water and cutlery for room service. She asked us to come down 5 floors and all the way from 5th block to 1st block to collect pair of spoon. It was very unpleasant and cheap hotel. I would definitely not suggest anyone to stay plus the pictures shown on website and travelling apps are very different from actuals. In all an overall pathetic stay experience and not worth of that amount for a night, even though we paid a lot more than it. I request MMT to please check the hotel before signing up.

Very good for staying. Room services can be improved. Enough bottles of water, sugar packets and coffee mate were not provided to us.

We stayed in a family room. Firstly the location is excellent. The Beach is just across the road. Variety of restaurants and a few shops in walkable distance. Even though Beach is nearby and the road has a lot of traffic, you will not hear any traffic noise in your room. Be prepared to pay advance security deposit per room in cash. The hotel returns the money in cash when you check-out. Beach towels and umbrella is provided with the room. Kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels, slippers, bathrobe, and etc is included in the room. Do carry your toothpaste and toothbrush. Clean rooms with good beds. Daily housekeeping. Buffet breakfast is served everyday continental and Thai. Good variety, though not many options for vegetarians. We didn't have other meals here. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for families/couples looking for a Beach holiday. Must try the in-hotel massage salons. Excellent foot massage, Thai massage and aroma massage.

Location was awesome but hotel service was average

Location of the hotel was close to Beach but our room was in the building which was at an extreme end. Little far but still walkable from the Beach. Overall location was good.
