they didn't provide slipper, soap in the bathroom even air conditioner is not working properly.lift was not connected to the room so I picked up all luggage it was worst experience also requested to change but your side no one responded.

1. No lift to room 2. No tea bags 3. Small water bottle 4. Very small room size 5. No intercom we have to go to reception through stairs for any request 6. Behavior of reception person mr. Sheri was rude not good. 7. Ac water coming in the room. We have to go to room through this passage

This property is in very crowded area and the entrance touch the Road sides which throw guests into little awkward ambience as there is no feeling of being staying in a hotel. Rooms are also mediocre and restaurant is very noisy being on the Road Side.

this guest from india booked a standard room but at the time of check in,she wanted to see room first,,,,staff showed them all kind of rooms,,,she liked a superior room ,,,,even she paid for standard room,,she checked in superior room,which have noise proof windows,,if she likes calm place she should go to some island where she should pay around 20000 baht/night ,,,for a calm place and she should enjoy.all indians book rooms in low price but they want extra ordinary services...
