Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket - Accor Handwritten Collection

We were visited to Thailand in a last week, and stayed here for 2 days, the place of the hotel is good. Staff is supportive and their chef Mr. Abu is a good chef for Indians-Thai cuisine. He personally takes care of Indians as per their food’s requirements and taste. He made a menu’s as we requested and the taste is also good.

No proper power no Indian food no proper person to assist for baby food no baby food they are not having proper stock of any food item and apologies everytime

The property can be categorized as 3 star plus. Great view of the sea. The rooms are cramped and there is no facility for storage. There is a halal multicuisine restaurant on site. Breakfast is ordinary. The property is understaffed. Accessibility to rooms for senior citizens and physically challenged could be difficult.

Ac and plug points are not working at all . We’re sweating and all phone are dead .

This hotel to me does not qualify for a five star...the second building is extremely inconveniently situated and hotel seems short staffed..missed my cab due to delay in bringing luggage from second building to the lobby..takes ages..also it is so inconvenient to commute until main road as without buggy service you have to move a long way and if it is outside the service timings you have to walk a long way up..overall it was not a pleasant experience and i would not recomment a stay in this hotel

Hotel was very neat and clean staff was very cooperative specially cleaning staff they alwaya kept our rooms neat and clean and everything was excellent

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. It’s a good ACCOR property located in a calm and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to the beach—just a quick 3–4 minute walk, which made morning and evening strolls by the sea very convenient. The overall ambiance is peaceful, and the property is well-maintained.

Very convenient stay as location of the resort os very good .. just behind Novotel paying beach .. Indian restaurants nearby .. nice swimming pool and courteous staff .. rooms are clean and well equipped ..

Beware before finalising the deal for the place…. Nothing but the location of the hotel is good however once you l enter the place, the aura of the place may make take you on a low trip… 1. They have clearly mentioned that 2 cocktails are complementary but to my surprise they are offering only selected mocktails. This is sheer nonsense that even after mentioning on a public portal they are denying the coupons provided. Further, it is learnt that the DM concerned have issued verbal instructions to not cater to the coupons. Poor staff !! 2. When it comes to the rooms, you need to hike like a trekker and once you reach the summit you l find a micro room with a TRANSFORMER view. 3. Even after staying in the hotel, they force you to pay upfront for the food and beverages as if the guests will make a haste to run directly to the airport without paying. Ensure that you must be carrying hard cash and cards in your pocket 24*7. They are very particular about this. Hospitality services can come after few years !!! 4. Don’t forget the lavish breakfast which is being provided by the hotel. The complimentary word totally matches with the breakfast provided at the place. The ultimate buffet hardly comprises anything. Further, be ready that every waitstaff will ask your room number before serving anything. You are under strict surveillance by the staff. These are just little instances of the fairy tale spent at the place. A detailed article will be shared with the lovely viewers in the due course. Strongly not recommended!!!!!

Had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly courteous, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Loved the food and peaceful ambiance. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect, relaxing, and luxurious experience.

good location and proximity to Patong beach is a plus.. Buggy service is a delight. breakfast has limited options but real nice. the staff was very courteous and quick to accommodate your special requests ( especially Abu took special care to make them to our pallette) ..would have been Greta to have the sea view rooms but okay to miss it. overall good experience

The room and the service was really good. Breakfast options were good as well. Staffs were really kind and humble. Few even suggested activities for us. I would definitely go back

The resort is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and luxury. The pool is beautiful and has great view. A must visit place.

One of the most amazing hotels at the patong area, top notch hospitality, courtesy staff and good house keeping team made sure the stay was good! Also the proximity to the beach was just 2 minutes, buggy service was fantastic to drop at the beach and pick us back. The rooms we went was overlooking sea which added toast to our stay. Highly recommended hotel Overall it was an amazing stay! Highly recommended hotel in the phuket patong area having access to beach in just a 2 mins walk. Hospitality was top notch, rooms were comfortable, great Indian food, cocktails were fantastic and the buggy service to pick and drop to beach/hotels were amazing. Overall a fantastic stay at the hotel.

The hotel room was very small, the services were not great, and the price was very high.

Excellent location. Seaview rooms are good. Housekeeping and maintenance can be better. Food options are good.

Washroom was stinking, There were no basis amenities in a 4 star hotel such as body lotion and hair dryer. The only good part was the buggy

No ac in the rooms no elevator under renovation no staff to handle the luggage while checking in. Please don't book and makemytrip shop d list this hotel

A very nice hotel with 2 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful reception area and breakfast menu have 1 indian dish everyday. Just 1 thing to be careful about that they need 1000 baht per day per room as security deposit which is not good as every hotel charges security per stay not per day. I booked 3 rooms for 3 days so they took 9k baht as security which were blocked till last day of my travel. U can also do this via credit card but if you are not traveling with cc then you have to deposit cash. Other than that rooms were good, location good, staff excellent, have buggy service to the rooms and excellent hygiene.

Very pleasant hotel, staff all up to the mark, helpful in all our queries, ms. Lou, mr. Vaishnu, mr. Dhanesh has been very proactive. Safety wise 100 percent, location walking distance to beach.
