Hotel is old and less maintained. Services running in hotel aee below average. Hotel staff is rude and need behaviour education specially receptinis

Great property to stay. Amazing view and swimming pool just outside of room. Breakfast was ok not having much of vegetarian food choices. Property was not having facility for lunch and dinner

The views from the property are unmatched. Only if the property would be managed better in terms of service then it would be great. They do not provide lunch & dinner. But the kitchenette provided in the room is enough for you to make your own food. They provide less water and minimal options in breakfast too! Overall had a decent stay but the views from the room made the stay better

Hotel was nice, pool is amazing, room size was pretty huge, felt luxurious. The only drawback is there is no food! you cant order lunch or dinner or evem breakfast there. Our breakfast was included but i reached at 10. 05 am and i was denied for it as breakfast closes at 10 am. They managed to provide some residual food, not nice enough. My experience with the property was nice but carry your food along, nearby places also dont provide food there.

Luxurious hotel with pool entry, room has all necessary amenities, staff is good and helpful, breakfast was good and has lot of varities, overall it was a pleasant stay and phi phi island is awesome will definitely visit phi and phi phi cliff beach resot

Horrible, stay anywhere but not at this property. Everything was wrong about this hotel, let me share some - - ac not properly working, it switches off every 30 mins at night & you've to get up and manually fix it. In spite of hundred of complains nothing changed in the two days -inspite of my package was including of kid and breakfast, they asked me to pay for the same, when i pushed back they made me wait at the reception for an hour to get it clarified from their agents, not even bothering to check us in and get back, they made us stand at the reception after such a long journey - breakfast was horrible, dishes were dirty as well as the cutlery, food was so below par that we had to eat outside every day -shower was faulty and the water was hardly coming out, complained without any resolution - hotel is so old and such badly maintained that you start wondering why they charge so much and also why is it even categorized by mm-kt as a three star, this should be below star property.

We took sea view room which has awesome and closest view from sea i guess. Though what i noticed this entire phi phi island is very small which is walkable distance so you can choose any hotel in your budget. Now coming back to the hote below are some points: 1. Hotel staff was waiting for us in the pier to carry the luggage(without any such requests )because this island is green so no such vehicle is allowed here. 2. Around 1km walking distance from the pier was not tiring for us because it was picturesque. But can be tedious for older people. 3. We reached the hotel without baggage as staff were carrying them and reception staff were very well spoken who were helpful to plan our trips from phi phi to maya bay and everything else. Phiphi to maya bay from long tail boat cost baht in a private tour(2500 for other destinations and hiring the boat for 3 hours + 1600 for maya bay national park free) 4. Hotel pool was very beautiful. An infinity pool with clear sea view. 5. Hotel room was very big but not very well maintained spacious but visually so so. 4. Tap water was salty throughout the phi phi island so not a particular hotel issue. 5. Breakfast buffet was not so great.

Amazing property. Big and clean rooms provided with full amenities. Location is too good but a bit far from the pier. It's the last hotel from the pier, so you need to walk around 10-15 min. The room gives you a lavishing feeling. Plus swimming pool was icing on the cake. The view from the room and pool is just awesome.

The property is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Loved the stay with delicious vegetarian food. Cleanliness on point. The view is mind blowing.

The hotel staff was unaccommodating. They didn’t care about their guests convenience, all they were looking for was to generate more and more money out of the customer. Probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel staff were not at all friendly, after paying such a hefty amount they asked us to clean our own plates in the room which were provided by them.

It was a great stay. Excellent property, peaceful and clean. Was a great experience overall.

Property is good but staff specially at the reception is too average. Food is really average in the breakfast counter. No option for vegetarian people. I feel the property is just hyped.

They don’t care much it’s a very old property don’t book here they have collected 1200 bhats for my kid even the though the stay is for free they are not helpful

We find the stay in Make Mytrip and stay is located in Beautiful place room and food are awesome I recommend others to visit this place..
