You have to climb almost 100 steps to reach the reception, are you kidding me? No one would like to step up this much on a relaxed holidays!!! If you have 2 activities in a day, imagine after each time you climb so much!! Only 2 small bottles of water is provided in 24 hours!! No intercom service to office, you need anything you walk down to office, no staff after 8pm, then you are on your on if anything you need, wait till next morning and the staff will be available. My plan was with breakfast, and there they had a slip to fill up as to what do you want to eat and any one item to select one time from their offer, imagine !!!! Horrible is not a word for what I had paid for my leisure vacation. I strongly recommend do not book this place even if thay offer at half the price. Just ignore this place if you need peace of mind 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The best thing you get is the view from the hotel. The location is not that advantageous. The hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant.

They made us pay 300 baht for checking out 1 hr later without giving us a reminder that check out time is 11 am .. we assumed it to be 12 pm . We were not given instructions. The staff was rude .

There were no facilities. Its very far from phi phi market, every-time you have to go to hotel you have to take taxi ferry which is very costly. There are no facilities given by hotel. Staff is also not co-operative. They put charges on everything you do. You can't even make your food in the hotel. There were insects in the room in night and there were no one to even help after 8pm

You have to walk a lot to get to the hotel. Too many stairs. It's not healthy when you are back to hotel after partying. Also, the hotel is almost 4-5 kms from the tonsai pier where the entire party place of phi phi island is. To get there, you have to pay 150 baht per person one side to the boatman. To top it, you walk close to 100 steps to get to hotel. View and hotel rooms were ok. Staff was polite. But the location was not good at all

Amazing view from the rooms but it takes more than 200 stairs to reach the room, so if you don’t mind climbing it’s for you. The restaurant closes by 8 and there is no room service. The location is great, the water is wonderful, the staff is courteous

The only good thing about the hotel is the view & breakfast. Everything else is a let down. This is one of the worst hotels we have been to. Normally i don’t give a negative review but this deserves one. First thing, the hot is located in long beach which is far away from main phi phi area. So if you’re looking for some kind of action, you need to take a long tail boat who may charge 150-200 baht per person per one way trip. We ended up spending a lot ( equivalent to hotel per night rate) on long tails just to get to the hotel & town area. Next thing is the stairs you’ve to take to reach hotel. There are exactly 123 steps which suck the life out of you. Although the views from up are great, you don’t feel like taking a pic after all the exhaustion. Third worse thing is the room. They are old, compact & stinky. That said, breakfast is good, staff are also friendly i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in phi phi. It ruins the experience phi phi has to offer to you.

It is located in awesome place, staff are good and you will get everything near to the sea seeker resort. The travel agent very well know about this hotel. The few things i observed is that i booked mountain view, but i have received the same, and i also booked king size bed, they provided twin bed, same informed to hotel, as per them no room is available, but i have already reserved the room.

It was a good hotel, but after that booking we booked in krabi andaman breeze hotel there mm t has did fraud to us, mm t took money and did not booed that hotel

To reach hotel you will have to go up around 150 stairs, hotel rooms were good and clean, for food you will have to mostly go out as there are limited options. There are no beach chairs etc, for all this you will have to go to neighbouring hotels only and pay them. Location is good but climbing stairs is a hassle.

A great service and a lovely view from the top for your honey moon and stay and had a great experience there, would say even the complimentary boat service from the ferry Station was very good

The hotel is located at long beach on Phi Phi Island. The location is convenient to reach however you will have to take some stairs to reach the hotel. The view from the hotel is spectacular and rooms offer a perfect view of sea and island. The breakfast options are limited but the service is good. The moment you are on beach, you will step into the paradise. We were literally swimming with the fishes. Loved the place. Would visit again sometime in the future.

We booked this place looking at exceptional reviews But the place is way overpriced. To make matters worse the service is terrible. There are multiple traps of trying to make money. City taxi, 100 Baht, fixed timings, etc. We requested for a 11.30 am check-out after checking in at 5 pm. Were asked for more money. Absolutely to be avoided.

No private Beach, you have to climb to get a room or reception. View is pretty good. Hotel staff is very good

I had a good experience but the facilities wasn't worth the money I paid. I had high expectations. Staff was friendly and food was nice.
