House Keeping will be better and responsive for such a reputed hotel. Essential Items are missing in my stay which were provided commonly by every hotel.

Very good hotel, clean room and supporting staff, hotel has a private beach so it is excellent, view also good from room, it is sea view, very large swimming pool, good india breakfast, but so far from central, no local transport available, you can book every-time taxi

This is a very worst experience for me. The reception staff's response is very very poor. I went to the room for cheek in at 12. 30a. M. But i couldn't able to open the door due to door lock issue. I had stayed in 10th floor. I went to the reception and told the problem. He told that everything is okay and you can open the door now. I tried again to open the door but i couldn't do. I went to the reception again and explained him. Again he told that it will open now. I asked him that the problem has been rectified. Suddenly he shouted me that go to your room. Again i went to the room and tried to open. But couldn't open. Again i went to the reception with my friend who was staying in the same hotel. I told the problem again to the receptionist. Now he agreed to send the room service boy. He came and tried to open the door. He found that there is a problem in the lock. He called us to the reception. But we told him that we are already very tired. So we asked him to send the technician. But he a fused and asked to come to the reception. Again we went to the reception for fourth time and asked the receptionist that it's the way of treating the customer. But again he shouted us you can book the complaint anywhere and i am not afraid. He didn't use any courtesy word. Finally the technician came and opened the door. But we couldn't able to use the room because if we close the door from outside we can't open the door. I went to my friend's room at 2. 00a. M to sleep. They're telling that this hotel is a 5 star category. But it's not eligible even for a single star category

Excellent hotel with breathtaking view of sea. We booked panoramic view junior suit. It was great. So spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is good for people who do not love crowd. Beach is directly accessible . Hotel staffs are very courteseous. Pool also excellent.

It was nice stay. Breakfast is limited. Vegetarian option must be added. Location is appropriate for north pattaya.

Excellent hotel. Connected to the beach. Great pool and rooms. Staff is helpful and courteous too. All the view is excellent(sea view) rooms. Indian breakfast is also provided. Great stay overall and recommend for a comfort stay.
