Nice Breakfast fast and changes menu daily. Rooms are spacious and clean. Steam bath, sauna bath and two swimming pools are available. Mr. Jr and Ms. Kook helped me since my check-in. All staffs in restaurant and house keeping are very sincere in their works. Beach is just 1 minute walk from the Best Bella Pattaya. I wil stay again because it's my favourite Best Bella Pattaya in Pattaya.

Only beautiful sea view is value for mone

It was a good experience overall. 17th to 20 aug 2024. Pros beautiful view spacious rooms staff is good n helpful terminal 21 mall is 10min walk cons wasn't clean as expected but they later cleaned it next day no indian breakfast options at all no food anytime after breakfast water is given very less. No wifi working and no intercom working

Excellent experience, big rooms with kitchnet, the ambience of room is beautiful, staffs are very cooperative, kids area is beautiful and location wise perfect near pattaya beach and north pattaya bus turminal. Vedaas indian restaurant is just walking distance away with tasty veg food.

Location and access to the famous places were very close to the amenity. Near by Pattaya airport. Peaceful place to stay. Only Best Bella Pattaya building was bit old and no kitchen so apart from breakfast served by Best Bella Pattaya, for other meals u need to order.

Good experience but room doors are not working maximum time need to solve the issues. Room service is good and quality of rooms are good. Hotel needs to revert through mail as customers may have some special requests
