Great location. Rooms are perfect with enough space. Nice pool. Staff is a bit rude with poor service. Food is okay.

Room that we had booked was pretty fine with enough space. Though it didn’t have any sea view. I believe there are just 2-4 rooms under this category with sea view. The resort location is great just at the beautiful ha-ad ruin beach. Pool is nice with enough loungers to sit and relax. Pool bar and towels are available. I didn’t like some of the staff’s behaviour. We reached early at around 11:30. Didn’t gave us early check in. I got to check in 10 minutes past our check in time. Had to ask for the water bottles in the morning. There was no soap and towels in the room. Had to go to reception to ask about the same. Only towels were provided later. Had to use shower gel instead of soap. So, all in all, we didn’t like the service. Although there was no breakfast included in our package, still they told in the morning (after bf time is over) that breakfast was included. And later confirmed that it was not included. So some mismanagement we noticed. Although last day we had to check out early at 7 am and they provided us with breakfast to-go as an apology.
