They have no support. No care of your luggage charge 500 baht if you have a small makeup patch on tower. Swimming pool is very small with slant floor which can hurt your feet they wrote in description they provide shuttle service to nana which is not true. Also it's too far from nana station if you choose to reach by walk. Tuktuk may take 50-100baht depending on rush hours.
