The rooms do not have all the amenities available when the Hotel is full. You'll have to keep calling on a daily basis, for a. Go. Hot water pot was not available and had to call for it every time we needed it. They provide drinking hot water only between 7 am to 10 pm. We extended our stay for an extra day and they didn't give us complimentary water for the next day. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for 2 people to live comfortably. They do clean the rooms everyday Around 10 am to 12 pm. It's a 2 min walk to the shopping area in Prathunam. The location of the Hotel is an added advantage. There are Thai and Indian restaurants close by to grab a meal within a 1 km radius.
On the last day no complimentary water bottles given. No amenities tray given. There was no hot water pot, bedroom slippers and other things mentioned as part of the room package. A bulb went out but they fixed it immediately once we informed them. The room is swept and mopped everyday including bathroom. Overall experience was good with a few hiccups. Would definitely recommend it's 2 mins away from the shopping area (walking).

Best budget PJ Watergate Hotels in Bangkok. Location is a plus point where you can easily go to many shopping malls and interesting places. Forex is easily available near PJ Watergate Hotel and you can also find many stores. For me, Pj Watergate is the best option for budget travelers. Breakfast is sufficient. Many choices.

This PJ Watergate Hotel is value for money option since it is located in pratunam having market area particularly suitable for Indians. The breakfast is very good compared to other PJ Watergate Hotels. The PJ Watergate Hotel has gym and spa but they charge 150 baht for its facility. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall it's good experience, the staff is very polite.
Towel and sleeper they DIDNT provide on my visit when I call they only provide towel and nit room sleeper so here they should improve themselves

Shopping malls and food centers are very near. We can reach by walk.
I do not like this area because Thai mafia was around there, my next PJ Watergate Hotel they did gang shooting.
