We didn't get a room

He refused to give us a room as we arrived late. He said he gave our to someone else just before we arrived. I sent a mail after booking the hotel mentioning that we will be arriving late. He didn't check. He was so rude and didn't even refund the amount and didn't even care to guide us for an alternative. Plz avoid this at all costs. This is not Worth a single penny. You'll be robbed here.

The hotel is very good as per pricing. But is is not advisable because it does not have lift, Bath towels are very rough, toiletries are not provided, drinking water is also not provided. Bedsheets are second hand and mattress is also very old. Not advisable for an average family stay.

Very non cooperative staff. Worst location. Bathroom without water. No connection with the reception have to shout for any thing needed. And above all they switch off the ac from time to time to give you discomfort on your stay

Super worst hotel, even they do not floor mat, dustbin, and very dirty room and room service is very horrible, they did not provide 1 bottle water, they did not have basic things like telecom, they gave me room on 4th floor and if you need anything just go down on ground floor to inform them, I request to all the people do not stay with this hotel, 1 more thing I want to add they have only 1 switch for 2 light and exhaust fan, sometime I need on exhaust fan but I cannot because of light. So room was full of tinny smell and location no one know about this hotel I wasted 2 hour to find out this hotel. Horrible experience with this hotel. I request to MakeMyTrip guys just look their property before add this on your list. I spent for this hotel and for travelling and I recommend you that you will get 3 star property at this price.
