Wonderful experience they have 4 building 8 towers of studio 1 n 2 Bhk . We booked 2bhk pool view. Ambience is breathtaking , better than Marriott or Hyatt . Amazing breakfast buffe . We were 4 adults and 2 two years toddlers . It’s Toddler friendly and have big size rooms with toddler play area too . Best is they have shuttle service to many places in Bangkok free of cost . Highly recommended . Many Indian stores are nearby so no much worry too

My experience at chetrium residence, sathorn, bangkok

An apartment hotel with excellent service and facilities. Room was good with all the basics in them. The bed was king size and cozy. The pool is great, real lagoon feel. Short drive from most things, perfect location. What we missed was indian taste in snacks available for breakfast.

Poor Stay

We have forgotten key at room so we called to receptionist and room service the teapot is very worrest after 10 time call simple said please come to reception and take the key, i was explained i was wear a towel so i can’t come pols send the person also they not sent person finally i was taking help with my another friend he was going to reception and take the new key.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and all kitchen amenities are present which was helpful because we were traveling with a child and didn't want to feed him with fast food and restaurant food throughout the stay. The staff are very courteous and helpful. There is a 7-11 store right next to the hotel for all your basic needs. The view from the rooms is also pretty nice. The only thing that could be better was the location because it is about 6-7 kms far from the city centre (siam paragon mall.

One of the best stays we had during our thailand trip. Since we were travel-ling as a family, we were upgraded to a double room suite with all basic amenities, including kitches, washing machine, refrigerator, utensils etc. Staff is really helpful and courteous. Breakfast was much generous and daily 3-4 indian items were there. Location is nice with restaurants, supermarket, massages all nearby. Would really recommend everyone to stay here during their next trip to bangkok.

Perfect stay for families, couples and business trip

The place is beautiful, well maintained, super clean, staff was helpful and courteous. The pool has its charm and the food at the restaurant is of excellent quality. We had an amazing holiday in a well located property. The 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed was beautifully decorated, sober and clean daily, exotic fruits basket upon our arrival was a nice warm reception touch. Next trip to Bangkok will definitely stay here again.

There is an Indian pure veg restaurant just in front of hotel, the hotel room has induction microwave facility, so that you can cook whatever you want, nice city view and pool view, cabs easily available in the location.

Though the hotel is located at a good location and the rooms are pretty spacious but the quality of food during breakfast can be much better and timings can be adjusted until 10.30 instead of 10 am.

We stayed in this Chatrium Sathon Bangkok for 3 nights and it was an absolutely delightful experience.
