Great stay at Hotel Central Continental! Perfect location near Interlaken West station with stunning river and mountain views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended!

Great location, just about 3 mins walking from Interlaken West train and bus station. Very clean rooms and washrooms. We Indians are used to an elaborate breakfast spread but otherwise all good. The lady at the reception helped us with free bus passes and directions etc.

I had Very Bad Experience with this hotel because of no amenities No Toiletaries Amenities No Slippers No toothbrush or paste No iron No tea kettle Furniture Broken , uncomfortable sleeping No Halal breakfast option No boiled or scrambled eggs in breakfast I eat cheese , bread, and juice only, which i can take outside at any store also I regret that I paid huge Amount for this hotel this hotel is over priced While I can stay in low prices hotel as well with this kind of service

Awesome location, everything is close by be it indian restaurants or shopping centers. However this place needs to upgrade little bit

The hotel and location with view both are excellent. Outside temprature is very hot and hotel is not equipped with air conditioner. Only table fan is not sufficient as there is no ventilation system. Drawback is kettle with tea/coffee in room not provided.

Room was not maintained properly. No kettle and tea bags provided. Housekeeping services were not good.

The hotel has pretty good views and we were given a room with a huge balcony. But the interiors are average. There is no kettle in the room or safe. It is there in the lobby where you can take hot water or keep in locker. The bed was also not great and small and they didnt give any sofa or anything for the child. The location is just outside interlaken west station so good that ways. But breakfast etc are pretty average. I would avoid if go again to interlaken next time with family

We as a couple stayed here for 2 nights. Have an excellent experience with the hotel. The rooms very clean and hygienic. The location was spot on and the food was also decent.

The hotel is situated right next to the railway station and adjacent to the water canal. All major tourist attractions are at a walkable distance

Prime location, room's are spacious, staff is courteous. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel's. We reached early so we had to wait for check in, through there were room's available but no one was at receptions, so after waiting for an hour's or so we went out to kill our time than we got check in by 2 pm as per their policy only. We would have got early check in if staff would have been there. Bad luck.

Nice hotel but needs maintenance at the earliest as it’s an old property.
