Hospitality at its worst. Rude Receptionist and Egoistic Owner. It's an owners property not Hotel. Indians Please don't go for it. They can charge your card without any prior intimation.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at hotel bernerhoff!it is located in a convenient locationnear train and bus station. Room was nice and clean. Complimentary tea, coffee was avsilable 24 hours at the reception. Very nice breakfast was provided. Staff members were accommodating and hospitable. They allowed us to store our luggage as we checked in early and checked out late giving us more time to explore. They provided helpful instructions. I would definitely like to recommend hotel bernerhoff to anyone who is looking for a perfect stay at interlaken switzerland.

Value for money! Just opposite to Interlaken West railway station! Nice place! Easy access from station! Wow location on Main Street! Definitely recommendable to others. Food I have not tried! Tried Indian veg food next to the hotel in Little India Veg Hotel. That was too good!

This hotel is situated just in front of Interlaken Train and Ferry Station. You can see scenic beauty of lakes and mountains from the rooms window. Hotel staff is very friendly and provided us with the travel information for Jungfrauch peek. Breakfast was also good. Overall wonderful and satisfying experience.

Excellent location with Interlaken, reasonably priced and with really helpful and courteous front office staff, will surely recommend the hotel for all travellers. Also, the proximity to the station is unmatched. Select the mountain facing rooms for extraordinary early morning view over the Alpine town.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bernerhof bernerhoff!it is located in a convenient locationnear train and bus station. Room was nice and clean.
