There was no person to keep the luggage in the room nor was there any cattle in the room.

Wonderful stay in a great location in Geneva. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well kept and all amenities worked as advertised

Well maintained property, located opposite the 4 public transport stops, next to the mall, highway. Staffs are cordial and supportive. You mall, shops to buy and spend leisure time, excellent connectivity. Perfect place to stay in geneva at economical price. Well recommended. Five stars!

The hotel is good with good ambience but it does not have gym and health pool.

Too expensive for the location and amenities in the room. No bathtub, no iron board, crapy TV, way away from locations like unbuilding, broken chair, etc. (25 mins of bus + tram combo). Staff amazing 5/5.

Nice hotel staff were helpful calls to any counter was free 30 mins from train station breakfast was good.

Hotel could have provided currency exchange facility. Otherwise it was good

Great experience to be in Ramada Encore. Stay for a night. Beware that hotel ask for a deposit even the hotel charges are prepaid. It seems to be a hotel policy .. They ask you to wait at the time of check out until the front office verify the room and repay the deposit. Otherwise the room is spacious and coffee/tea making at room is complimentary with some biscuits.

Highly satisfied with the facilities, services and in fact from all angles. The courtesy shown by the reception was definitely very impressive and tourists would love it. The complementary free tickets for bus, tram, ferry etc. Given by the hotel during our stay was an added advantage.

Good location adjoining mall and very near to city centre. Local bus stop is in the frint of hotel. And the superb thing is they provide you the free passes for local buses and trams. Worth to stay. Near to airport also.

Location bit too far. Need a train to go to the nearest tourist place. But deserted after 6 Same breakfast served everyday. Should add some variety and change the items daily Otherwise a fantastic hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Service is good. Staff very helpful

We were there for a single night as we had to catch a flight the next day. Overall, an amazing stay! The staff is courteous and the facilities are clean- more like a business hotel. The location is next to the bus stop which is very convenient.

It was an excellent hotel - located hardly 15 minutes by bus from the city center Belair. Good connectivity by common transport. Shopping Mall Coop located in building complex gives opportunity to eat out and shop at your convenience has MacD, Lebanese Resto, good option for lunch, a big shopping store where one can buy groceries, water, beer like any big store. Hotel lacking free airport transfers and navette like other hotels - they should seriously think about it as this will add excellent value to their product.

Was in the hotel for a very short time. The hotel is located far from the Geneva main station. They do give you a pass for the city. In close proximity is a Mall which is good for having lunch and dinner.
