It's a fantastic Heritance Tea Factory which is a tea factory converted into a Heritance Tea Factory. The view of the tea plantations is stunning. Also moreover the service provided by the staff is very good. The people are very warm and helpful and truly make your stay very comfortable. The food variety is absolutely amazing. Their chef curated a great menu for people of different tastes and cuisines. Their bar and restaurant staff including chef shanmu, mr. Nu-wan, mr. Kesavan ( i hope i got all the names right ) and each and every server and assistant chef, are amazing and very polite. The live music during dinner was also so nice ! the reception staff, the housekeeping, the security, the bell boy, the gardener, each one is so smiling and welcoming. The Heritance Tea Factory has tea tasting and tea plucking services provided. They have a mini tea factory on site. Ms. Jay-anti was so sweet and knowledgeable, she showed us how the tea is processed from scratch to final product, also she introduced tea tasting to us in such a unique way. We learn t so much about tea, which i never knew before. They dress you in the traditional attire for tea plucking, which is a very humbling and beautiful experience. The Heritance Tea Factory has used the original decor and items of the factory to make it an authentic experience, simultaneously the rooms and service are very modern. Overall a great blend of ethnicity and modernity. Each corner tells the story of the plantation workers and the factory, truly keeping the history alive. I would consider it a great place to visit whenever you are in sri lanka, whether with friends or family.

The ambiance was wonderful , staff were very courteous through out our 2 night stay at the property. My wife enjoyed her spa and I loved my time alone and relaxed on the deck over looking the tea estate with a book and coffee ☕️. The tea picking and the trek through the tea estate was a wonderful experience.Over all very highly recommended by us and will visit again . Love from India ! *Heritance Tea Factory review* a beautiful location with stunning views and rooms full of heritage charm. The ambiance is unique and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of easily accessible phone charging sockets. Overall, a delightful stay. Was disappointed with the packed breakfast. Vegetable sandwich was loaded with butter and leftover veggies from previous night and the promised cheese crossaint was replaced by leftover cakes.

The stay here is fantastic - from the traditional welcome to the peace around the property, definitely worth staying in. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. For example, mr. Shanmu, the sous-chef presented us with some delectable dishes. The property has retained an old-world charm while maintaining the advantage of its gorgeous location. Would definitely come back!

Stay at tea factory was exceptionally good and loved the hospitality of every staff starting from room cleaner to chef to chauffer. It felt so much like home and location, food, atmosphere just added so much to give it a feel good factor. Dissa our driver was such a warm gentleman and helped us going to hortons and next day to ya-la as well. Very sweet and knowledgeable person.

Takes almost 45 minutes from Nuwara Eliya. Last four km on a narrow wild road to the tea estate and Heritance Tea Factory. Sunshine or rain, it is quite heavenly.

The Heritance Tea Factory was too good. The view was amazing. The staff was really helpful and made sure the stay was comfortable. Food was good and had vegetarian options. This really made our srilanka trip memorable.
